How payment works on astroliq.com and how you receive what you buy. The full rules are in our Terms of Use.
Payment
- You pay by bank card. Payments are processed by monobank (Universal Bank, Ukraine): you enter your card details on the bank’s payment page, and we never receive or store your full card number.
- Prices on the site are shown in the currency you choose, converted from our base prices. The amount you pay is shown before payment.
- Your card is charged in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Depending on your card and currency, your bank may add a conversion fee.
- A contract between you and us is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We send an order confirmation by email.
Delivery
Our products are digital content made specially for you.
- The astrocartography report (included in the Pro and Ultimate plans) is ordered from your account. It is usually ready in your account within a few minutes, and we also email you when it is ready.
- Pro and Ultimate plans are activated immediately after payment; you can order the included reports from your account at any time.
- Personal reports are delivered by email with a personal download link within 12–48 hours after payment. You can also download them from your account.
- Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam folder. If your report has not arrived within 48 hours, write to us at info@astroliq.com.
Refunds
When you are entitled to a refund and how to request one is described in section 8 “Refunds” of the Terms of Use.
