Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data AstroliQ collects when you use astroliq.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. We keep it short and specific: we describe what the site actually does.

1. Who we are

AstroliQ (astroliq.com) is operated by Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Valeriia Yevhenivna Oleksiienko, taxpayer ID (RNOKPP) 3838705140, Ukraine ("AstroliQ", "we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal data.

2. What we collect and why

2.1 Free astrocartography map and tools

To draw your free map, show your best places and run the map tools (best places by goal, places for two people, where planets work together, city checks and comparisons, best time to move), we process the birth date, birth time (or the fact that it is unknown) and birthplace you enter, and the city or cities you choose.

• These details are used to calculate the result you asked for. So that you don't have to type them again, we keep the last birth details you entered (name, date, time and place) in your session on our server for up to 60 days after your last visit and use them only to fill in forms on the site.
• If you enter another person's birth details (for example, in "Best places for two people"), you must have their permission.
• To prevent abuse, we keep short-lived request counters linked to a one-way hash of your IP address. These counters do not contain your birth details and are deleted automatically.
• Some limits for free features (for example, free city checks) are counted in your browser's local storage, on your device.

2.2 Astro Chat

When you ask a question in Astro Chat, we send your question and a short summary of your map (places and planetary lines — not your name or email) to our AI provider to generate the answer.

• We do not store the text of your questions or of the answers.
• To apply the question limits, we keep counters linked to a one-way hash of a browser cookie, of your IP address or of your account, and technical usage data (date, language, amount of AI processing used).
• Answers are generated by AI from your map. They are for reflection and are not predictions or professional advice.

2.3 Account

When you create an account, we store your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a cryptographic hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive from Google your name, email address and Google account identifier — we never receive your Google password.

2.4 Orders and personal reports

When you order a report, we process:

• your name and email address;
• the birth details needed for the report: birth date, birth time (or that it is unknown), birthplace, and the coordinates and historical time zone we calculate from them;
• the report language, the products ordered, prices, the order status and the order history.

We use these data to calculate your chart, write and deliver your report, let you download it again and answer your questions. To calculate planetary positions, we send the birth details — without your name or email — to an astrology calculation provider. To write the text of the report, we send the calculated chart data to our AI provider. The finished PDF is stored on our server and can be downloaded only through a personal link.

2.5 Payments

Payments are processed by Monobank (Universal Bank, Ukraine). You enter your card details on the bank's payment page. We never receive or store your full card number. We receive the payment status, amount, currency and transaction identifiers needed to confirm the order and keep accounting records.

2.6 Emails

We send service emails: order confirmation, payment links, "your report is ready" and messages about your account. We send marketing emails only if you have agreed to receive them; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

2.7 Technical data, cookies and analytics

When you visit the site, we automatically process your IP address, browser and device type, language, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use the IP address to detect your country in order to show prices in your currency and to protect the site against abuse.

We use cookies and similar technologies:

• Necessary — session, sign-in, cart, language and currency. The site does not work properly without them.
• Analytics — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, to understand how the site is used.
• Marketing — the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, to measure our advertising. The Conversions API may receive data such as your email address in hashed form, your IP address, browser type and the purchase amount.

Analytics and marketing tools are used in line with the cookie consent rules that apply to you. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

2.8 Internal notifications

Our team receives internal service notifications (for example, in Telegram) about new orders, payments and technical errors. Order notifications contain the details our team needs to check and process your order, including your name, email and birth details. They never contain your card data.

3. Legal bases

• Performance of a contract — creating and managing your account, processing orders and payments, writing and delivering reports, providing the map tools and Astro Chat you request.
• Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure, preventing fraud and abuse, fixing errors, improving the service.
• Consent — marketing emails, and analytics and marketing cookies where consent is required. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Legal obligation — keeping accounting and tax records.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, and only to the extent they need:

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or our systems.

5. International transfers

Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In these cases we rely on appropriate safeguards: the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or — for payments — the necessity of the transfer to perform your order.

We use HTTPS encryption, store passwords only as hashes, protect report downloads with personal signed links, limit staff access to what each task needs, and regularly review our security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• correct inaccurate data;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive the data you gave us in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

To use any of these rights, write to info@astroliq.com from the email address linked to your account or order. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to a data protection authority: if you live in the EU or EEA — to the authority of your country (for example, in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es); in Ukraine — to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

9. Children

AstroliQ is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will also announce it on the website.
